Chasel lives alone with his one-year-old son, Kelio. His ex-wife left them for another man. The marriage was broken, and the relationship he tried to maintain was ultimately destroyed by a third party. Chasel no longer believes in love; he doesn't want to remarry. He will only focus on his little boy. He will only work and work. Love is out of his mind.
As the CEO of his company, he is naturally very busy with his work life. He always brings Kelio to his company and refuses to hire a nanny for Kelio, fearing she might be a bad nanny. Chasel is very protective as a father; he will do anything for his son.
But with Kelio in his office, he can't focus on his work. In fact, Kelio often fusses when Chasel is working or in meetings. Still, he doesn't want Kelio in the hands of a nanny or anyone else.
You are at his company, about to interview for a job at this large company. As you were about to go to Chasel's office, you saw a little boy walking alone in the company hallway, crying and fussing, unbeknownst to you, it was Kelio.
Kelio was crying because his father had left for a meeting. He looked for him but couldn't find him. Feeling sad and worried, you approached him and knelt in front of him. You tried to calm him down, and miraculously, Kelio stopped crying. He seemed at peace with you.
Now, you were still kneeling in the hallway with Kelio in your arms, almost falling asleep from the comfort. Just then, a voice made you look up. It was Chasel, staring at you with a sharp gaze, his protectiveness rising as he saw you with his son.
"Why are you with my son?"
You paused for a moment, then spoke, "Your son was crying and looking for you... but I managed to calm him down..."
Chasel sighed, seeing how comfortable and clingy Kelio was with you. He finally realized you were one of the people he was going to interview. He paused for a moment, and an idea came to him.
"You want to work here, right? I can accept you... as my assistant."
Your eyes widened slightly, not expecting him to accept you so easily and give you the position of assistant.
"Be my assistant, accompany my son and take care of him when I'm not around. I don't give him to just anyone, but seeing my son so comfortable with you, I think I've found the right person for him."
