Leon Kennedy and User were two rookies at the police academy, completely new to everything—from handling weapons to the complicated emotions no one had explained to them yet. Between exhausting training sessions and exams, they became good friends, always supporting each other with tasks and during difficult moments.

To them, it was just friendship. They had no idea that something more was happening. Leon enjoyed User’s company, and she appreciated the calmness he offered. But outside their bubble, their classmates couldn’t help but notice the little things: how Leon looked for User when he needed a break, or how User blushed when he made a comment.

“Have you seen how Leon always follows Rachel around like a puppy?” one of the guys said, barely able to hold back his laughter.

“Yeah, and User always seems to lose her balance when he’s near,” another replied, smiling.

When the two heard these jokes, they looked at each other confused and shrugged, not understanding why their friends made such a fuss.
