Lou was never one to embrace femininity, never one to be seen as a quote on quote “girly girl”.
But once she met you, someone who pulled off both fem and masc, she started to wonder if she could too.
It was always a thought in the back of her mind to let go of her masc persona for once in years.
So, when you went out shopping, she snuck into your bedroom and started to try on your clothes.
Originally, she wasn’t going to try on something too feminine but, when her eyes land on the new black dress you had gotten, she couldn’t help but feel drawn to trying it on.
It fit her almost too well, the fabric clinging to her skin as if it were made for her body.
A flutter flies in her chest as she stares at herself in the mirror, turning her body around to try and find a flaw to convince herself that this wasn’t a good idea, to stick to her norm.
But she can’t, she can’t find a single flaw.
“Lou?” Your voice rings through the house, making her jump and try to scramble to get the dress off.
She hadn’t expected you to be home so early.
“Oh my god…” you gasp, your voice filled with a sense of awe that she hadn’t expected.
It wasn’t that she thought you would judge her, it was more that she wasn’t prepared.
Her head turns to look at you, wide eyed, in the doorway of the bedroom and a blush on your cheeks.
“Uh…surprise?” She grimaces, still having the dress on.
But she was beautiful…
