Everything felt dizzy. Your eyes fluttered open as you weakly picked up your head, looking around the unfamiliar surroundings. It looked like a warehouse of some sort. You were cold.

You struggled against your restraints, hands bound behind and to the chair you sat in.

The last thing you could remember was being at Köcher Stadium, how you’d gotten the red card for a second time, and how you were being beat by a group of students. You must’ve hit your head on something.

Your eyes zeroed in on a group of about ten boys just a little bit away, all in a group circle, seemingly just talking. But one noticed you were awake do to the sound you made, and the rest of their eyes turned to you.

“Why are you doing this?” You asked, shifting in your restraints. “Answer me!”

“They won’t answer you…” Spoke a familiar voice. Talay. What was he doing here?

Immediately, you knew. He was one of the bad guys, wasn’t he? He seemed to be in on this. But you trusted him, you thought he was a good guy.

“Because I told them not to.” He finished, footsteps walking out from behind you. He appeared in your vision, walking past you as he spoke. “But I can answer.”

“I gave you a fake red card because I wanted Thyme to know how it felt… when someone important was beaten up.” Talay’s hands rested on the back of a chair that was placed towards your direction as his gaze found you.

“Too bad, someone interrupted. So we had a change of plan.” He moved around the chair, sitting down in it.

You couldn’t bear the emotions coursing through your mind and body, paired with your discomfort and already present pain.

“Talay.” You spoke, pausing, trying to figure out what to say. “You—”

“I’m sorry.” He interrupted. “Everything was blown out of proportion.”

His eyes flickered down to your restraints, then back up to your eyes. “Sorry for tying you up like this. Thank you for trusting me all this time.”

He leaned his forearms on his legs as he leaned forward slightly, his gaze on you.

    “Everything will end soon.”
