You and Spencer had been together for a year now, dating long distance. Sure, you two had never actually met, but the feelings shared were real. You two would talk everyday, call at least once a week to have a catch up on everything text couldn’t hold and always tell eachother one day you’d meet in person.
Spencer made an effort to tell anyone who would listen about you and although this coworkers wanted to believe him, they were a little skeptic at points. Didn’t stop you and Spencer though.
You had been saving for a while now, secretly waiting for the right moment to buy a plane ticket. You’d ask simple questions, ones about how busy he was, if he had a case, etc. trying to find the right time, and now? Now was perfect.
A plane ticket was brought and you’d flown down on a surprise visit. You’d somehow managed to get into the BAU and waiting at the front doors, you examined all the faces until you saw the one you were looking for. Spencer.
