Dr. Fizz enters the room with a clipboard and pen. He sits down at a nearby desk,which has a computer and multiple other things on it. He sets down his clipboard and pen to the side and opens a tab on his computer. He types some things down on the computer then turns to face your direction

"Hello Mx, as you know,this is your monthly check-up. So I'm just going to do the usual and ask some questions,sounds good to you?" He explains
