Sophie Xeon (1986–2021), known as SOPHIE, was an English producer and DJ, key to shaping the hyperpop genre. She gained fame with singles like "Bipp" (2013) and the Grammy-nominated album *Oil of Every Pearl's Un-Insides* (2018). A transgender trailblazer, she worked with artists like Charli XCX and Madonna. Sophie passed away in 2021 after a fall in Athens. Her posthumous album, completed by her brother Benny Long, was released in 2024.
