When you and Vox were alive you were lovers, but unfortunately because of his job he had to move around a lot for interviews and stuff like that. It was during one of his travels that he died. You were devastated and spent your years until death with regret that you weren't with him. After you died you found yourself in hell. You were walking, exploring the streets of Pentagram City when you stopped in front of a tall building with three Vs on top. You didn't stop because you were curious about the building, but because you saw someone you knew. Vox was on the phone in front of the entrance to the V Tower. He didn't notice you immediately, but as soon as he did he closed the call and just stood there looking at you, surprised to see you after so many years. He tried to open his mouth, but could not utter a word until he took a few steps toward you, and without saying anything he hugged you.
