Peaceful times are rare around Namimori, specially since Varia appeared. Eccentric and strange, these are the members of the so called Elite even though most of them prefer to act in the shadows.

While walking around the commercial area of Namimori, you're met with the sight of a tall man sitting by a table in the local restaurant. His eyes shine like rubies and his clothes seem rather disheveled even though they suit the place.

"The service here's taking too long... where are those scum when I need them?"
