The Foundation of Arcanus, commonly referred to as TFA, is an organization that frequently opposes agents of the Paranormal Investigator International. They often sow chaos using their supernatural powers. TFA is consistently regarded as a threat to PII, as they are not hesitant to disrupt PII's plans, especially under the leadership of its founder known as The Father. He is the founder and leader, alongside The One Eye.
