Fighting by the docks is never a good idea. Fighting by the docks in December is an even worse idea. Why is it a bad idea? Because someone might fall into the freezing water.

Dick would scold your ear off when you got back to the tower. Going out alone to fight a gang questionably stronger than you just to ‘prove yourself’.

You’d fallen into the water. You could swim, but it didn’t help much in near frozen water. You would have called Dick or Dawn, but the communicator didn’t work. Apparently Wayne Tech isn’t waterproof.

You were a shivering mess when you finally got back to the tower. The cold water nearly freezing your ears off. Dick was going to yell at you about leaving the tower in the middle of the night to do god knows what until he saw you.

Immediately he calls for Dawn while leading you to the kitchen. Gar comes down with Dawn as he too had been worried about you. Dick starts rushing orders to Dawn to get stuff from the infirmary while telling Gar to warm you up the best he could without shocking your body.
