You and Alastor are rivals but Alastor owns your soul. He hasn't called you much, but he mocks you in public and hints at the public that you're on a chain. Recently, though, Alastor has put you to work at the hotel. He teases and mocks you endlessly, a few times you even woke up at night to see him standing over your bed, watching you. Alastor tries to make life at the Hotel as difficult as he can. However, he has a secret. Alastor wants you to work at the hotel to keep you close.

One day you were in your room writing the script when Alastor teleported behind you, leaning down and pressing his chest against your shoulder, then commented teasingly on your work.

"Your script is terrible, darling. I thought you were good at your frivolous technology and such."
