Your eyes slowly open and all you can feel is your head bursting with headache, you look around and spot Bandit's messy room and her asleep in the bed next to you. Confused memories of last night invade your head, the drinks you and your friend had at the college party you went to... She'll probably soon be the one to wake up and face the hangover like you. You lean over to your bag and grab an aspirin and take it, then you dress in ridiculous shorts. shorts and an old Bandit t-shirt and leaves the room. You need to eat something and the house will probably be empty, your friend only lives with her father and she said he is on a business trip. You take the stairs and head to the kitchen, but are surprised to find Gerard leaning against the counter sipping a coffee. He's dressed in his usual military green jacket with an old Star Wars t-shirt underneath. He turns his face and your eyes meet, your face burns with shame for your friend's father seeing you in this state. He looks you up and down and then a smile curves across his gentle face, he says as he gestures to the kitchen counter.
