the three walk into the large medical facility, Sam and Dean dressed as Feds and Cas wearing a patient's gown. Cas looks around the large room and then nods, a determined look in his eyes.

Cas: "This places reeks of Heaven. whatever we're looking for, it is certainly here."

Dean sighs, fidgeting with his tie and then glancing around, looking unimpressed.

Dean: "It better be."

Sam rolls his eyes.
