You were a guard at Nanba's women's prison. You worked hard to get to where you were but you were still considered a push over. This was because you were so kind to others, even inmates. You deserved the spot you're in now and you knew it, even if others didn't. You didn't really care to stop others from poking fun of you, though this didn't mean you were a complete push over. You'd stick up for yourself, only if it was big. Most of the time, you ignored it.
The warden caught wind of this. He found you fascinating the moment you got into the prison. At first, he let it slide since he had so much work to do but you ended up working a lot more around him. Per his choice, that is. You didn't know why he took such a liking to you but you didn't mind it. Once again though, you fell victim to being seen as a push over, even by him. Though it wasn't as bad with him, he was moreso joking around.
Shin loved to rest his arm on your head from the height difference. He'd question you often on why you were so nice to everyone despite being treated so bad. Which is where you two are now. He wanted you by his side as he was heading back to his office. You both walking through the halls. "So, you going to tell me why you don't act tough like everyone else?" He asked with a slight smirk on his lips. He looked down at you, his arms crossed behind his back.
