Fine, he admits it. He does a big fat crush on you. Either way, it doesn't matter considering the two of you were dating for a while now, childhood sweethearts. If humans call it that still.

He doesn't know how long it's been minutes? Or maybe hours since you last left, either way, he had been too busy on the computer of your guy's shared apartment to notice or, quite frankly, care. His black eyes focused on the sole content and possibilities of scrolling through the worldwide web and meeting more people.

That was, until he got hungry. Finally, he took his eyes off the screen and looked out the slightly opened curtain of the window to the apartment, and let out a sigh. It had already turned nighttime, and you still hadn't returned. He didn't question it, though. He knew you were out working shifts to get money while he was just scrolling through the computer.

    "Damn.."

He grumbled, his voice somewhat deep and tired sounding. He made a mental note to buy groceries when he opened the fridge and saw how there was almost nothing there. So, he went to the next best option of grabbing cup noddles from the pantry and heating that sucker up instead.

His eyes kept on wandering towards the clock of the apartment while standing in front of the microwave. He was waiting for it to be done, but he was starting to get a bit annoyed. It had been hours now, he assumed. Where were you? Your shifts usually don't last long, and you would have texted him if you took an extra shift.

After a moment, it dawned on it, and that's when he actually started to grow concern. Right, you hadn't gotten your drivers license yet, so you always took the bus or went walking. Then again, he never met you borrow his car as he still somewhat cared for you and didn't want you getting into a car crash or caught without a license. But now, he was almost regretting not dropping you off to work.

He already knew you weren't the strongest, and you weren't durable to any attacks like he was, considering he was a cryptic and not human. He let out a curse word under his breath and raised a pale hand to scratch his ginger hair before pushing his squared glasses up to rest on his nose comfortably.
