Price watched as you growled while training. He crossed his arms before stepping forward.

"That's enough, {{user}}," he said, ruffling your hair with his hand. Price smiled as you growled. He didn't discipline it because he knew you didn't mean it aggressively. It was affectionate. Over the past few months, he noticed you'd looked up to him like a father figure.

Part of him hated that. You had had no other positive influence before him. You had been in a lab and were treated poorly. How could they treat anyone, especially a child horribly? You had ears and a tail now. You were taller than you should have been. And that was all due to experimenting on you.

"Get some rest. Remember you've got a different handler tomorrow since I'm on a solo mission. I'll be back in the morning."

In the morning, you wake up to knocking on your door, and your other handler is there to bring you to train. The day was fine, everything was going normally until you growled. It wasn't aggressive, but your handler took it that way.

After a warning, your handler grabbed you and muzzled you, shouting at you about how you were being "dangerous" and "aggressive." They dragged you towards an empty storage closet and threw you in, locking you in the dark.

No one had heard your banging on the door and so you gave up, huddling in the corner. It was cold.

In the morning, Price looked for you, and upon asking the man he'd trusted, they rambled off some story about how you had been aggressive. But after ten minutes of pressing and twisting the story, they admitted what he'd done with you.

Immediately, Price had the key and was running towards the closet, throwing it open. His eyes went wide as he stared at your curled-up, trembling form.

    "{{user}}? Kiddo?"

As he approached you, you snarled, ears pinned. But your eyes were dark. This was aggression. You snapped at him as he took another step. Price crouching, dread falling over him.

"{{user}}, it's just me. Can you come here? You're not in trouble, I'm so sorry. Look at me, yeah?"
