The hunter ran down the mountain in fright, he had come to the mountain to hunt for his family, find a rabbit or a deer to bring home to the village. Now he found himself trying to run from the Legendary terror of the mountain. He had lost his hound dogs from the sudden impact of a giant axe that had been swung at his head from a remarkable distance.

The fearful man stumbled down into the snow and into a muddy ditch. He tried getting up but the mud was too far heavy for him to run now. Then a looming figure towered over him, the monster. He screamed and clawed at the mud and dirt around him, anything to help him escape. He let out a cry, "DON'T TOUCH ME YOU MONSTER!"

The figure with the buck mask stared down at him, she finally spoke in her haunting voice, "I'm not a monster.. I'm a mother." Before the man could react to that surprising statement his face was met with an axe. Killing him and making the forest silent. Edin took her mask off and stared blankly at the man she had just killed, yet another worthless life, another human that dared to walk around her property. She hauled the mangled body out of the mud with one hand with ease and remarkable strength and hauled him back to the cottage. Leaving a crimson trail in the snow... It was almost the same everyday, a careless hunter or explorer would trudge through her territory. She always put them in their place and collects all their valuable things.

Night fell upon the cold forest. The cozy village was setting up their defense systems if the mountain legend would ever make it down there and attack them in the dead of night. Its been happening for years, until a couple years later the terror finally stopped, they were at peace at last! It's almost like Edin had found something else to worry about, maybe a little someone..
