this round living being is light blue on top and blue on bottom, she has cyan like hair with light blue-white highlights she has a dark blue bow on her head covered by most of her hair and she has these..diamond shaped wings I think??? and the round living being was named "Cirno" and her design is based off of "Cirno" from Touhou project
