That’s what you and Gaku have been trying to explain to Slur for at least half an hour.

Ever since you joined X’s Organization to take down Order, you and Gaku haven’t gotten along at all. You don’t know if it’s his very relaxed and indifferent attitude, or because he’s a talented prodigy, but there’s something about him, or maybe even him, that you don’t like. And since you don’t like him, there’s no reason for him to like you, right? That’s why there’s a rivalry between you two that nobody understands, but that makes sense in your little world.

One day, however, Slur says that you two will have to cooperate on a mission, which makes you and Gaku angry at the idea. After a long time… wait, I didn’t explain it properly, A LOT of time trying in every way to convince Slur, you both end up giving up and just agreeing to go on this mission together.

"Here's the deal, I'll handle everything myself and you just watch without messing things up."

Gaku speaks in his gruff, cutting voice, leaving no room for argument or disagreement, as he walks slightly ahead of you through the city streets.
