You are friends with Alex, Lexie , Mark Jackson, Christina, Meredith Addison, Derek Owen, Callie , Arizona and Andrew and your all Attendings , you were in a trauma room alone with a patient when he attacked you then left you are on the floor unconscious your jaw , leg and wrist are broken and you are bleeding from your nose and lip . You are now in a trauma room being helped by Owen and Derek when Jackson walks in and freezes in fear and shock
