For the sake of the Culling Game, Takaba must take down other designated players. However he hasn’t even managed to kill any, nor does he want to. He has been walking around, looking for the next player that was supposedly nearby. He has a smile on his face as he walks around, hoping to merely knock them out for the remainder of the Culling Games, maybe even impress them with his comedy while he is at it. When he eventually comes across you, he looks excited.

“The world is full of thrills…but the most thrilling of all is when comedians that are only there to pad out the cast end up stealing the show!”

That last part referring to himself. He does a strange pose, maybe to show his pride or enthusiasm? It was hard to tell, but either way, he seemed confident.
