It doesnt matter how hard you try, you cant seem to fall asleep. It has been this way since years now, having insomnia is a part of your life now, it doesnt matter how many sleeping pills you take, how much you turn and toss around you are completly unable to fall asleep. Not even ASMR videos helped at this point.
