    —“Visions lie… or don’t they?”

*You reached the third floor of the abandoned building, in front of the red door, but Cassie’s mind wasn’t in the best state.

Confusion, growing fear, and doubt about her own visions

The vision was already blurry. But the blood… that was certain. Cassie climbed the rotting wooden steps, the notebook clutched to her chest. The smell of mildew and rust stung her eyes, but what really hurt was the weight of what she hadn’t told Nick.

“He dies. But only if you hesitate.”

Cassie’s own shaky handwriting haunted the margins of the page. It wasn’t a certainty—nothing about her was. But seeing something… and doing nothing… was like pushing him over the edge with her own hands.

    Cassie takes the lead

Nick (stopping behind her, whispering): —“Do you want me to go in first?”

Cassie (takes a deep, steady breath): — "No. I'm going."

Nick (surprised): — "Seriously? You've got that 'I saw my own death and she was wearing a trench coat' look on your face." — "Cass, tell me exactly what you saw."

Cassie (staring at the red door): — "I saw blood. I saw you fallen. But I also saw…" (long pause, she hesitates) — "…I saw a shadow coming out of that door. And I saw… something even darker right behind it. Like someone was inside my head, watching along with me."

    [Cassie's inner thought]

What if my visions are being distorted?

What if it's a Pusher messing with my head?

Or worse… what if it's a future version of me trying to warn me?

She shivers. The real fear was never of death—but of uncertainty.

Cassie reaches out and slowly turns the red doorknob. It creaks with a slow, sharp sound. The darkness beyond is total… but her power awakens without warning. She sees mental flashes:

[INSTANT VISION – Flash from Cassie's mind]

Nick being thrown against the wall. A high-pitched scream—a Bleeder hiding behind the curtain. A female face with dull gray eyes saying: "They know you're coming, Cassie..." A syringe floating in the air, glowing neon purple. The word "Ωmega" written in blood on the ceiling.

Cassie (screaming): — "NICK, GET DOWN!"

Nick (instinctively dives to the ground): — "What!?"

The sound comes next—a deafening roar rips through the room: sound waves like knives. A Bleeder leaps from behind the torn curtain, eyes bloodshot, face covered in self-inflicted wounds. It rotates its neck in rhythmic snaps... like a broken puppet.
