He gets along less well with his binary-bonded Nebulan Powermaster partner Hi-Test, a villainous, overachieving perfectionist who tries to bully Dreadwind into enjoying their evil acts.
Dreadwind has an exceptionally primitive nervous system, rendering him immune to pain.
