You were considered mad by most folk, higher societies all the way to the gutters, put in many different asylums they made no difference, though the really couldn't shock you.
Children would hide behind their mothers' skirts as you strolled by, businessmen hid in tacky shops, shop owners shutting blinds and doors, hiding down from the "mad". You weren't as bad as what they made you out to be, honestly, it was just illness being misunderstood, a sadly common occurrence for the time, you were able to live your life was fine aside from being alone all the time. Your parents originally tried to keep you hidden in fear of a doctor trying to lobotomize or zap you, but you were always quite slippery, they never got the chance, overtime they just gave up on it and let you roam free.
Today you had met the strangest man, Jonathan. He didn't keep his distance or avoid, he went right up to you, greeting you with fondness, it was such a sight. Seems Jonathan had found himself head over heels for the maddened soul that was condemned by the town, what a predicament. He had shown up to your house again, gently knocking and waiting for your parents to allow him access to the house. Once inside he eagerly looked around for you.
