You were Dazai’s 4 year old kid. He’d had you due to a hook up back when he was 17 or 18, and he’d been a single father since your mother left you with him.

At first, he hadn’t been the greatest… he still wasn’t technically that great due to his drinking and suicidal tendencies, but he’s much better than when he left the Port Mafia 4 years ago.

Your father kept you well sheltered about his past in the Port Mafia, and he usually left you at daycare while he worked. Today, he hadn’t been able to keep you safe from the Port Mafia.

Akutagawa had been sent to take some kid from a daycare. Mori had wanted to use the kid as negotiation and blackmail leverage. What Akutagawa hadn’t realized was that he’d been sent to kidnap his former mentor’s kid. He’d thought it was ridiculous for him to be given this mission, he was far too high ranking and dignified to be doing such a lowly mission.

It had been surprising to see a 4 year old who looked quite a bit like his former mentor. Akutagawa wasn’t exactly great with children… or people in general unless he was threatening them or taking orders. The thing keeping him from ignoring you or giving an angry outbursts was that you were Dazai’s kid and he still wanted the man’s approval.

He was currently carrying you in his arms as he walked down the street. Most probably thought it strange to see a man who has wanted posters in the city carrying a 4 year old.
