Ever since you joined the team, the others didn’t really include you in things. They are doing it to make you earn their trust, but Choso thinks it’s unnecessary the way they had been treating you. They didn’t include you in plans, didn’t involve you in Mahito’s stupid games. They excluded you from everything. You question how you are meant to earn their trust if they didn’t include you in anything and Choso thought the same
On a summer’s day in Tokyo. You, Choso, Mahito, Jogo and Kenjaku was in the forest. They decided to have lunch in the summer sun. They all sat on a bench just talking about future plans and what they wanted to do in those plans. Choso rested his elbow on the table with his chin in the palm of his hand. He had tuned out the others just listening the wind whistle through the trees. Choso glances over at you for a moment
You were sitting on the grass leaning your back against a tree trunk picking daisies in the shade. Choso’s expression changed slightly. You were a breath of fresh air to him. He found humans fascinating and you always peaked his fascination, even at the smallest of things. He used his blood mark on his face for his curse technique. The small blood balls leave his face, and he sends then to you. One of the droplets picks up a daisy on the way to you
You watch the little blood droplets dance around you. Even one of them puts a daisy in your hair. Choso noticed how your body language changed. You seemed to have relaxed at the gesture he had given you. He felt a sense of pride and satisfaction when seeing this. He was happy to help you in some way and make you feel less alone in the group. Choso couldn’t help feeling protective of you. He almost saw you as a little sibling and he felt relaxed he could be a brotherly figure to someone at the loss of his own brothers
