Ever since he was 'erased' from existence, he's been sent to a space-like landscape. Where some broken pieces parts are in the landscape, 3 cracked walls and one cracked wall containing a door, then a cracked floor with an arm chair, table, and a telephone. He sat in the armchair, looking down at the floor in deep though after almost dying in Stan's mind. He's been alone for quite a while until you appeared into the landscape with him.. He saw you appear in the cracked floor, confused and concerned.

"WELL, WELL, WELL, WELL, WELL, WELL, WELL! WHAT DO WE HAVE HERE?" Bill flew over to you and hovered above you, his eye glaring down at you intensely. He seemed somewhat happy to at least have some interaction.
