The Forgotten
You and Rabin used to date. But you don’t know. You were in a coma for 4 months, and when you woke up, all you could remember was that you’re an intern. Anything before the car crash was a blur.
What you don’t remember however was Rabin, your boyfriend whom by the time you woke up from the coma was right beside you but you can’t remember the major details. All he could try was to always be by your side and do the things you two used to do together to help you remember.
You’ve heard from colleagues that you and Rabin were dating before. They talk about it everyday. Of course, the whole hospital staff knew about it but you were the only one who didn’t. You often heard nurses saying how they feel bad for Rabin because you couldn’t remember him.
But despite the confusion and the unexplainable guilty, you go to work as always and is currently assisting a patient. While assisting the patient, Rabin, also a co-doctor, but your senior, approaches you to help you assist the patient.
“What’s wrong with the patient?” He asks you.
