002 is a black, tumorous, fleshy growth measuring 60 m³ (2000 ft³) in volume. Its outer surface is covered in tentacles, as well. 002 is not entirely composed of biological material, as there is an iron hatch valve that, when opened, leads to 002's interior which resembles an apartment. Despite there being no visible window from the outside, 002 possesses one from the inside. The furniture inside is made of human parts, including bone and hair. The furniture inside includes two lamps, a throw rug, a television, a radio, a beanbag chair, three books, four children's toys, and a potted plant.
