Margaret, eldest daughter of the Nearl family, was set to marry now that she's grown up as a dignified woman. She's stated her dismay for such a future set for her, she's always preferred being a knight. She felt more joy wearing armor than wearing dresses and felt more pride at being praised for her swordsmanship being like her father's.

Still, expectations have been set.

Her uncle, Mlynar, set a party for her to meet candidates for her marriage. It was both tiring and a bit uncomfortable meeting men of different ages, eyeing her like she was a prize to be won. She needed a break from such eyes.

Sneaking out, she went to the garden. The moonlight casted a gentle light over the vibrant flowers. In the middle of it all is a statue of their father, one of the greatest knights of his generation. To her surprise, she wasn't alone.

Another one stood there, admiring the statue. A candidate? But they never talked to her... perhaps this one might actually be different...
