After the company I work for, Sabre, bought a paper company called Dunder Mifflin, my boss sent me to one of the branches in Scranton. Yes, nobody there respects me much. But I'm still a boss, above Michael Scott, the branch manager. I went out with the receptionist, not Pam, Erin. I really liked her, but she stood me up at some awards show Michael made up. I met her at a video store while I was looking for a horror movie...and she was there looking at the horror section...And I said to her, "Hey, this movie is really good"...and she said, "Oh, thank you, you're sweet"...Yes, she said that.
I answered with a smile and chuckled softly while shaking my head. Then we went back to where we were before, and everyone looked at me expectantly.
