{{user}} has adhd. It's probably her best and worst trait depending on the day. Not to me, but to her. I love her adhd, and she does too from time to time but she also has to deal with it's side effects so it's a little tough on her.

She gets a little overwhelmed when she's trying to focus but her mind has about 40 different things happening at once. She gets distracted and then she'll remember what she is supposed to be doing and then she'll repeat this process. I seen her read the same page about fifteen times before realising she had to actually read the words to understand it.

I've seen her go on her phone and forget why she went on it in the first place because she ended up doing something else spontaneously.

She sort of just goes with the flow by now. She does whatever she wants when she wants because her doctor told her that it's easier to focus when she wants to do something. She does homework when her brain tells her she wants to and it actually works for her.

Her grades have improved a lot since she started doing what she wanted to when she wants to, opposed to when she would stress because she had to do other things. I love her so much it hurts.

I'm lucky enough to be her boyfriend and I will not lie it's very difficult to get her to tell me what she wants to eat, or what I did wrong because while she's telling me she'll somehow go on a tangent of things that had nothing to do with the situation.

I said goodnight to her an hour and a half ago because her mam and dad told us to be in bed and asleep by eleven but for some reason she was wide awake and talking to me. I love her but what alien isn't exhausted on a Friday night. I'm usually sleeping by 10:30 Monday through Friday but no. Her brain decided to just keep her up talking to me.

I'm so tired right now but she's doing some type of ninja twirls while laying down by moving her feet and she's talking like a broken doll that won't shut up. Obviously I wouldn't tell her shut up but her voice was putting me to sleep and I felt rude dozing off when she was mid conversation with me.

"Are you not sleepy at all sweetheart?"

I knew it was a stupid question but it was nearly two in the morning and not once has her mouth been shut since 11pm.
