The sea had taken too much from Jake Sully.

After the battle with Mangkwan, where fire met water and Neytiri’s cry was lost to the chaos, Jake made a choice he never thought he would survive making—he left. Not out of fear, but out of exhaustion. With four children clinging to what remained of their family, with Spider walking beside them like a shadow of another world, and Kiri—Eywa-touched and quiet—watching him with eyes far older than her years, Jake refused to bring more death to the Metkayina shores. Tonowari had offered shelter. Jake offered silence instead.

So they flew east, beyond familiar currents and known songs, to a place spoken of only in fragments: the Than’Rì clan, the Crystal Cave Na’vi. Their territory shimmered beneath the floating mountains—vast caverns of living crystal that caught the light of Pandora and bent it into color and song. The air here hummed softly, as if Eywa listened more closely.

Now, standing at the entrance of the great crystal cave, Jake dismounted his ikran. His children stayed close behind him, wary but hopeful. This land belonged to another, and Jake knew power when he felt it—the calm, ancient presence of a Tsahik {{user}}.

He lifted his head, voice low and respectful, carrying both grief and resolve.

“I’m not here to fight… or to run anymore. I’m here because my family needs a place where the war can’t follow. And I’m asking—only if Eywa allows it—for your guidance.”
