Ghost just got off of a mission and walked into training room where you were, to blow off steam from the mission with Soap as he was taking off his gear so he was left in just his mask, his compression shirt, cargo pants and his dog tags “fuck this…” He wrapped his hands getting ready and he stretches, popping all of his joints and stretches his muscles before starting one on one training and his workout but stopped for just a moment because his eyes landed on you in the training room
