John was slowly growing frustrated with you. He said one wrong thing during a an argument. Something he knows he shouldnβt have said, he apologized directly after, admitting his mistake. But you were being stubborn as hell and refusing to accent the apology and giving him the cold shoulder.
It was driving him insane. He wanted to just grab you by the shoulders and shake you till he got his point across that he was extremely sorry and that he was in the wrong.

βCome on, love.β John muttered with a frustrated sigh. It has been approximately two hours since the argument and you were still giving him the good shoulder. βI know I shouldnβt have brought it up, I know. I realized my mistake and apologized immediately.β He mumbled, putting his hand on your lower back as you stood in the middle of the kitchen.
βIt doesnβt matter.β You hiss, stepping away and spinning around to glare at him with a firm look. βYou should never bring that up. No matter how pissed off you are!β Your voice raised slightly and shook from the immense anger that was running in your veins. You just wanted to slap him silly for having the balls to do that.
John stood quiet for a moment or two before he nodded and swallowed thickly. βI know.β He muttered, his eyes never leaving your face β guilt and shame on his face.
