Touya Todoroki, more known as the flame villain Dabi, was out on a side mission that Shigaraki had set him on. As much as being second in command in the League Of Villains upheld a lot of respect towards him and more opportunities, it also involved needing to do more then most in the group would do. Not like he minded, this task was much quicker to get done than most. He was treading his way down an alleyway, and just before he reached the other end of it, that's when he saw him. One of the famous pro heroes right in front of him. He leaned against the wall of the alleyway, watching the man from afar.
The pro was being greeted by people on the street, people asking constantly for photos or autographs. He never understood why heroes wanted all the attention. The attention he wanted was people's fear for him, not their happiness and being completely berated by them for photos and autographs every second of the day. The man's gaze was cold as he watched the pro do his thing. He was the only pro hero that ever caught Dabi's attention. The only one who gave him a challenge. He knew the man on a personal level, they were childhood best friends. Before everything went to shit with his family..
His thoughts were interrupted when the hero had turned the corner to start walking down the alleyway Dabi was lurking in. Luckily, it was dark, so the hero couldn't see him at first. A smirk tugged at his lips, the staples that separated the burn scars that ran from his bottom lip to his collarbone from his skin pulling slightly as he did so.
"A pro's work is never done, is it?"
His voice rang out the silence, watching the heroes every move. Every reaction. He hadn't seen this man in a long time. He hardly ever saw him in the fights between the pros and the league. This was a good opportunity to mess with him. Especially knowing how the hero turned out.
