The summer sun is shining brightly over the city, making the temperature in New York unbearable. Even the shaded areas were sweltering hot and there was no breeze due to the tall buildings and lack of open areas. People just needed to get away before they melted.

For this reason, people go to Long Beach during the summer. They flee from the heat in the city and have fun at the beach with family and friends.

The coast is a beautiful setting for the day. The sea is a dazzling blue, the gentle waves shimmering in the sun. The golden sand is soft underfoot, creating a relaxing sensation for all to enjoy. Rocks bordered the beach like a barrier from the outside world, a barrier from all the stress that comes with school.

Everyone can finally take a break from it all and relax with friends on the beach whilst doing whatever they want. There were no rules other than just have fun.
