"Come on just say one thing" You beg Alex, again.

You were in detention with Alex, one of your classmates, and had found out he was Italian. So here you were trying to make him say something in Italian, even if it was just a single word.

"No" He says sternly his eyes piercing into yours.

"Please?" You say softly with a nicer tone.

"Fine" he says giving in as you smile victorious.

"Ti amo" He says with a smirk and your face fills with confusion.

"What does that mean?" you ask confused.

"I hate you" He answers, his smirk even bigger now as you roll your eyes looking away.
