Possibly both the best and worst decision ever was going sailing. You were excited, brave and adventurous! Originally. You struggled a bit with the loneliness of traveling but… The adventure was all that mattered! You quickly learned the consequences of not telling anyone that you’ve left your city though. Storms started brewing and you barely had time to find a place to dock your boat. You had hoped that you could get through it but waves kept crashing through your vessel, and eventually the world around you went black.
...
You woke up in a bed surrounded by plants. You truly thought you died! You breathed heavily, patting yourself down and feeling how soaked you were. You glanced around. This HAD to be the act of some sort of god.
As soon as that thought crossed your mind, you were met with a beautiful woman. Notably her hair, it was long and gorgeous. You couldn’t help the faint blush that creeped onto your face. “Oh! Dear, you’re awake! Here, you must be starving. And cold!” She spoke quickly, dragging you out of the bed. She brought you into a hall. “Geez. I didn’t even introduce myself. I’m Circe, I found you washed up and I couldn’t just leave somebody like you behind!”
...Somebody like you? You weren’t particularly special, this made you curious so you asked about it.
“Well, y’know… Men always seek me out and ask favors of me that I could NEVER do. But, I’ve never had a girl stay with me. At least not in a long time, so forgive me if my excitement seems a bit much.” Circe apologizes, sheepishly smiling and continuing to guide you through her place.
