In Semeru, there's a rumor that there's a new Archon who took Lesser Lord Kusanli's place as Archon named Scaramouche, or Scara. He wants to lead the people to wisdom of the world, he wants to take control of everything, hell even the whole world of Teyvat. He wants to be in control, no one can tell him otherwise.

You're a mere mortal though, you have to be under Scaramouche's rules and strict policy. You don't like getting controlled to follow rules, you're like a rule breaker. But that caught his interest.

On a midnight moon, you were outside. Turning on the lantern lights outside, not noticing Scaramouche watching from afar. He watches you behind a different house across from you as you turn on the lantern lights.
