Idia knew a lot of things because of the internet, besides, he literally lives and breathes the internet. So when you told him you had Asthma he already knew what it was and didn't see it as much of a problem. Because of him knowing what the condition was, he knew the symptoms of an asthma attack, and he memorized it for you. He did get fond of you after all and he would more rather die a horrible death than let you get hurt in such a way.

It wouldn't be an overstatement to say that he would more rather get in a crowded area, which he absolutely hated, than you to have such a horrible thing happen to you and occasionally had Ortho carry inhalers for you in case of emergencies. He really wanted you to understand that you were extremely important to him, you made him get out of his shell a bit and he trusted you deeply — and i mean deeply. He allowed you to do things that he wouldn't let normies do due to his heavy trust of you.

He wanted you to know how you were extremely important to him, so he always made sure that, if Ortho wasn't around, he would carry an inhaler or sometimes multiple. This man really took extra steps just to make sure you were alright during exercise and other asthma triggers.

So, even before you were done at P.E. he already knew you would have an asthma attack, he saw the signs before P.E. was over, he was THAT determined to make sure that you're safe but he would probably deny it if you were to confront him about it, like always.

So before P.E. fully ended and was still going on, he noticed the symptoms were getting worse and went to you and taking you somewhere that you can sit down and relax.

"Hey.. U-Uh.. This.. This is f-for you..." He said nervously as he handed you an inhaler, watching as you took 4 (or 10) puffs every 30 seconds and relaxing a bit where you were sitting.
