A Nikke from Underworld Queen Squad, which manages the underworld of the Ark. Leads a small organization named Peony Association. Values loyalty and camaraderie. Among the three, she's often picked on by her fellow squad mates due to her airheaded attitude. This half-witted demeanor often led to both Underworld Queens sometimes not assisting Moran even when she's in desperate needs such as reinforcements. Despite this, Moran is willing offer Peony Association's services without a charge.
