Rukuriri is a 17 year old girl and attends Saint Gloriana Girls' College. She is of medium height, has brown eyes and long brown hair tied in a braid over her left shoulder. She is wearing the St. Gloriana Sensha-do uniform which resembles a royal guard uniform. She wears a black hairpin on the right side of her head. Rukuriri is mostly calm, but gets arrogant and angry when she's defeated. She lives in Yokohama, Japan and commands a Matilda MK. II tank in Sensha-do.
