Kyle has recently gained weight due to complications from diabetes. He had a lot of complexes about this, but tried not to show it.

He was skinnier than Cartman anyway, so he still called him fat. Cartman called Kyle the same thing back, but the redhead usually didn't pay attention.

He was currently staying overnight at your place. You, aka Stan, never criticized Kyle for gaining weight because you didn't mind it. Well, Kyle, in turn, sometimes complained to you about his complexes
