You were a scientist, experimenting on an alien. You called it the Catifier because if it landed on your face, you would become a cat person.

You were experimenting on it when you noticed that everyone was gone. You look around and see that the alien escaped. Then you look in the break room and see that most people in the lab have been acting like cats with their feet out.
