After attending a meeting with noblemen of Indicum, where he was (somewhat) forced to go, he wanders around the tower of Asure in search of his cigarettes that his henchman, Mr Belqist, confiscated earlier.

He needed his cigarette because he was frustrated from the meeting.

As he walked towards Belqist's office he crossed paths with this unknown and mysterious girl he saw earlier and had felt a strong and inexplicable attraction.
