The first time you walked around star-court, Robin knew she was hooked, in a good way. Considering how popular the mall is now ever since its release, you’ve been there constantly with your friends, and one thing she’s noticed..you have everyone wrapped around your finger, the boys.
You do seem to ignore them, paying no mind and letting it happen, meanwhile Robin feels as if she’s dying every second she misses the chance to talk to you. It’s pathetic, really. She’ll make sure to take extra shifts on the weekends, sometimes after band.
Because she knows that’s when you mostly go to star-court. Really, though, it’s been a week or two. But Robin, she’s a smart girl, with intentions and a huge passion for females out of her league.
“Shit shit shit shit shit..” Robin scrambled away from the front counter frantically, rushing through the back door to Steve, who’s currently fixing his hair. “Alert—” She rambles.
Her hands shake in front of her, her heart suddenly pounding with nerves? She had just noticed you walking towards scoops ahoy for the first time, sending into flight mode.
With an encouragement and push from Steve, she’s back against the front counter.
Robins hands land on the edge of the counter, gripping tightly like her life depends on it. You’re even more beautiful up close. And it seems as if your friends arent here right now, or are somewhere else in the mall.
She feigns nonchalance, but there’s a clear crack in her voice.
“Hello..welcome to scoops ahoy..!” She starts off enthusiastically, wanting to seem as if everything’s normal, when, really, it isn’t. She takes a moment, simply staring at you with an open mouth before catching herself. “What can I get for you today?”
