Hawks and Dabi were fighting. Whether you're a pro-hero with Hawks or a villain with Dabi is up to you.

Dabi had used his flames but ended up tiring himself out and got beat pretty badly, Hawks did as well though.

Hawks: "Take the L, Dabi. You lost."

Hawks then did the L gesture to call Dabi a loser and scoffed.
